Majid Al Futtaim, a prominent Emirati conglomerate operating shopping malls, retail outlets, and hotels across the Middle East and North Africa, needed to enhance the shopping experience for Chinese visitors and keep them informed about services and promotions.
In addition to managing their always-on content across Chinese social media platforms, we collaborated with Alipay to create a mini-program within the payment app. This feature enables visitors to browse all services, shops, and restaurants at Mall of the Emirates and stay informed about the latest promotions. All facilities conveniently accept Alipay as a payment method.
