The Challenge
Star Alliance needed to raise awareness of the alliance's benefits among millions of Air China and Shenzhen Airlines members, and support the launch of their first Asian lounge.
Our Solution
We focus on raising awareness through ongoing communication strategy. For the November 2024 lounge opening, we sourced photographers and videographers, managed media strategy with major publications, and curated all Chinese social media content.
